Administrators can now set a default color theme for all first-time users.

Pythagoras Web - Standard views for Columns in all modules 

Now added the ability to modify default (standard) data grid views.

YourCleaning - Full screen mode on floor plan view 

The floor plan now remains in full-screen mode after setting the status or when navigating to a room, providing a more seamless user experience.

Pythagoras Lease - Add columns for leaseobject adjustments and total rent in the leaseobject report 

Added new columns for 'Lease Object Adjustments' and 'Total Rent' in the Lease Object report for improved reporting clarity.

Pythagoras Asset Management - Change the Amount field from integer to decimal 

The Amount field on the asset card has been updated from an integer to a decimal field, enabling more precise values. All existing values have been converted to decimals, formatted with the system’s default two-decimal precision. 

The import and export functionality for assets has been enhanced to fully support decimal input and output, ensuring seamless integration and data handling. 

This update provides greater accuracy and consistency across the system.

Resolved an issue with breadcrumbs functionality.

Pythagoras building - Property values disappear 

Resolved a visual issue where property values were disappearing on certain pages.

Pythagoras Lease - Export to excel option is not seen under billing 

The 'Export to Excel' option is now visible under the billing section.

Pythagoras Lease - Empty column when exporting report from billing 

Fixed empty column when exporting report from billing.

Pythagoras Lease - Several rows of the same object when choosing lease object 

Resolved an issue where the same lease object was displayed multiple times in the list if it belonged to more than one navigation.

Pythagoras Lease - Duplicates in list when selecting in navigations under leaseobjects 

Fixed an issue causing duplicate entries to appear in the lease object selection list during tab navigation. This issue was introduced in a recent version and has now been resolved.

Pythagoras Building - Slow zooming on floorplan 

Enhanced zooming speed on floorplans in Pythagoras Building, addressing customer reports of slow zooming introduced in version 2.7. Zooming is now faster and more responsive.

Pythagoras Building - Floor plan takes a long time to display and the page freezes 

Addressed an issue causing long load times and freezing when displaying the floor plan. The page now loads more efficiently.

Pythagoras Building - Api Property - If property has never had a value set it does not appear in response 

API now includes properties in the response even if they have never had a value set.

Pythagoras Building - Lease object changes do not trigger property update dependency 

Resolved an issue where property updates on a lease object would not reflect after adding or changing an object, even with all script dependencies set.

Pythagoras Cleaning - Search for cleaner 

Resolved an issue where the 'Search for cleaner' function didn't always work. Users now no longer need to toggle between filters for the 'Assign staff' button to become clickable. Additionally, it is now possible to book shifts even if a cleaner is overbooked.

Pythagoras Media - climate region real degree day cant change value 

Resolved an issue where the climate region 'Real Degree Day' value could not be changed. The value can now be updated as expected.

Pythagoras Lease - unable to change percentage for multiple tenants 

Resolved an issue where the percentage of the part could not be changed on leases with more than two tenants.

Pythagoras Media - Show loading icon forever 

Resolved an issue where the loading icon was displaying indefinitely. The page now loads correctly without hanging.

Scrive digital signing 

Scrive is now available as a digital signing solution for Leases.

User authorization - Ability to set customer specific time for when a user is logged off the system

Administrators now have the ability to configure session timeout settings tailored to individual customer installations in Pythagoras. By default, the system maintains a session timeout of 120 minutes unless a specific value is defined for a customer. This flexibility ensures that customers can have inactivity durations suited to their needs while still adhering to the system's security standards. 

The session timeout can be customized to any value between 5 minutes and 7200 minutes (5 days), with input validation ensuring that only reasonable values are accepted. The configuration is stored as an integer, and any changes made to this setting are logged in the Audit Trails, capturing both the administrator's username and a timestamp for full transparency. 

This feature applies across Pythagoras Web (PW), all Apps, and MyPages, ensuring a consistent user experience. Users will be automatically logged out after the configured period of inactivity, providing enhanced security and session management. In cases where no custom value is configured, the default timeout of 120 minutes will be applied. 

This enhancement offers administrators greater control over session behavior while maintaining a robust and secure system.
